After that, probably check in to the hotel and then go from there. I've heard there are a lot of places for food, so dinner won't be a problem, and then just chillax in the hotel for the night after the long day.
Monday will probably be breakfast at the hotel, lunch somewhere in town, some shopping and then head home.
