Yeah, that would work too. Different materials use different temps, but use a chart like this and you can get away with a blowtorch

Yep, would be simple. Except when you bend metal you need to bend it past your desired relaxed point. The jig idea just needs to bend up the wire then throw them [jig with wire still wrapped] into a furnace to heat treat the metal to take the stress out of the grain so it relaxes in shape. Now this is getting OT

Found it, replacements were made by G23 engineering. I reckon they look sweet and could be polished

If you're splitting bits, I'll take 1 logo I've managed to find a full set of hexes, and 3 of everything else in my searches, but I'm still down a couple of bits for my 2nd set.....which I think I might have sold anyway.

Once they're gone I'll have a spare pin and hex I'd probably sell.

I would think pins are easy enough to replicate. I've also seen a Modena build where the guy got replacement caps made up so he didn't lose his originals. They looked damn good too!
