  • Dylan are they A8Ls? 5x100? I wanted them so bad but couldn't find a set, that's why I ended up with the aristo reps.

yep from a a8, which means 5x112, but either needed adapters/spacers to get it sitting like that so doesnt worry me.
set of 17" 5x100 ones went on ebay a month or so ago for next to nothing, going on a vento in QLD.

Sarcasm is easily calculated on vortex dude. Take 4 parts GLI lip and divide by BBS RS. If you are left with a remainder, subtract it from omgmoarlow. Profit.

          • So ive had my e30 only 2 months now, then i decided last week i needed a new project...

Searched a few wreckers and found a ke30 with 102,000 on the clock..

Water-pump was stuffed but the wrecker bought a brand new one and gave it to me for free. best part was, it has 3/4 tank of fuel << tripled the valve..

I shall have photos up within the next day or so!!

            • Hey guys, recent lurker and relatively recent poster on this forum. I'm new to the Stance scene and so far its been very interesting especially the "FORM>FUNCTION" concept.

Here are a few pics of my toy:

Just recently got the wheels and coilovers installed seen in the above pics but still have a bit more subtle touches left to make it a real special but not too crazy yet as legal as possible "stanced" cruze. Must say though, finding that balance ain't easy.

                  • And those diesel Cruzes go pretty well too! I'd certainly have one for a daily.
Any plans for a little lower?

                        • Thanks guys . Yeah I suppose it can go lower but I'm still getting used to the new lowered ride height. Seems to be scrapping my driveway and several other things already that aren't particularly high. Must be the front end overhang. Maybe when i get used to/bored of the current height, I'll give it a go with lowering. Just playing with damper settings at the moment to find a relatively comfy setting. I'll most likely lower it some more for the next stanceworks meet but for now (since the wife drives it too), I'll leave it for daily use

                            • love the cruze. saw it last friday night and was super impressed.

wheels need more wide, a touch of camber at the rear, same tyres, same right height, and you'll be laughing!

                              Really like the wheels.

Thanks mate. Yeah when i ordered the wheels, I thought they were going to have a 35 offset which would've given it a little bit more wide/poke but they came as ET42 instead. Unless wheel spacer are legal, I'll be stuck but at least I can play with camber if I really wanted to but not sure how that'll lokk without the extra wideness
