Had some issues, but i think i have figured out the problem, thanks to Foff + Linc + Ray + Oxer

So apparently the Aussie issued Elevel has a 'handbrake' wire, which isn't referenced in the install/operation manual at all... I remember running it, but then forgot about it lol since it wasn't referenced in the manual, I never thought to check it after.

Anyway, there was some very decent air leaks, so I have resealed and am waiting a day or two until i try pressurise again. But hopefully once that handbrake cable has been grounded, the system should hopefully fire up...
