Ive been playing grown ups for the last 5 years, have a kid on the way, paying mortgage and im still playing with cars.

Oh don't get me wrong, I'm still playing cars, but it's just not as easy as it was a few years ago, especially when you're working on a house (+ mortgage) and going overseas nearly every year. 2010 - Japan, 2012 - Spain/France, 2013 - USA, possibly Italy this year (friends wedding), shit adds up!

Datto is waiting patiently at my parents place with a bunch of parts while I sort out my shed build. Going 7m x 10m (oversized 3-car garage), just waiting on council approval Can't freaking wait. So yeah, all my "play" money has been going in the bank to fund the shed, it's gonna be pricey but so worth it.

Man you should be buying and selling cars if you can get more like that Maxima you picked up for cheap. I'm sure you can do a handful a year without needing an LMCT.
