so i realised today, that its been exactly 12 months since i completed the motor swap, in that year ive put over 20,000km on it, had a few ups and downs, but i dont regret one single minute!!

Well I like it. Imagine if you knew then what you know now, I reckon a slammed VN or VP (mmm camber!) SS with say Meisters or MS1s, maybe euro on 5/6 spoke flat face Compomotives filling the guards would be triiiiiick!


I've done a bit under the skin and just put my car back on the road after a year on stands (new rear top hats for more low without maxing the coilovers out, 215/45R17 RSRs all round, QFM front pads, tune @ 1 bar - 164kw @ wheels)...I had it in bits to put some big plans in place but never quite got there, so just did some basic stuff and got it driving and safely tuned.

Looks good mate, you've pulled off 16's, that's for sure. Are you happy with it?

Not very happy, but happy enough to drive it like this that is for sure.

Front needs to come down and need to either re-lip the fronts to match the rear or get a 12mm spacer for the front. Not sure if it needs to match the rear or not, it isn't very noticeable unless you look very closely, which somewhat annoys me.

Plus, 9.5's at the front look tough. Just depends on money I guess...

9.5s on the front would be tuff though but still looks good dude, done well !
