Budget stance build recommendations

Yo guys whats up!? My names Brett and im relatively new to the stance scene so i had a couple of questions! So, im a 17 year old kid from PA, im in high school but taking automotive classes in college already and i currently own a 98 jeep cherokee sport but i decided to save up some money to buy a car that i can stance the fuck out of, but i dont know what i should get so i figured id ask everyone here! keep in mind im 17 and make just over minimum wage so imma have to ball on a budget so i wanna find something around $3k maybe $4k dollars so i can throw some shit under the hood and slam it with whatever i have left! well thanks for the read and itd be more than appreciated for a response thanks!

Get a Honda, VW, Audi or a BMW etc. and you'll have a very hard time to get e-fameous

Just get the biggest piece of crap you can find on CL and turn it into something awesome.

and OP, pick something you like and easy to maintain for you. I picked up a 98 civic and it's a great car, cheap to fix and parts galore
