13" STi - NYC/Brooklyn - stance n00b
Hey All,
Been a frequent lurker -- love the style of many of the builds here.
Thinking about doing the following to my "13 STi Sedan and wanted to get some feedback on how it will perform.

Was looking to get something similar on my 13" sti sedan. With a 18x10.5 +23 wheel and 225/40/18 tire. Supporting mods are rear trailing arms & coilovers. Is that enough?
Additionally, how will this drive? Is it too much to be functional? Where I live in Brooklyn the roads can be pretty crappy. And I like to drive distance (make trips often to NH, etc). I also like to do the occasional 1/4m in NJ at the track.
As this is my first venture into stance, forgive my idiot questions. I've modded many cars, but never *really* pushed/messed with wheel geometry.
