Is it just me, or do you need to replace the driver-side fender on the rabbit? Other than that, the cars are beautiful.

P.S. Those cars deserve a wash!!

          Thanks for the comments guys!

The truck does need a fender but it wont get replaced. The truck has a nice natural 1981 look to it and i plan on leaving it that way. We do have the fenders off and may try and massage the dent out tho. Its typically pretty dirty as i use it at the shop frequently but it doesnt see winter. It doesnt exactly look a ton prettier clean either haha. Its undergoing an ALH diesel swap as well as raising the strut towers and switching to different front bags. The wifes car is quite clean in that picture tho.

what setup do you have in the rear of the mk1? a friend of mine is bagging her caddy and would love to be that low out back.

              Thanks!

We built a two link with a panhard bar. I think we used ss5's or 6 cant remember for sure. Its been awhile.

than this is what we did for the fronts. These are axed infavor of airlift builders and widened raised towers.

Its not possible for me to go any lower in the rear without some serious cutting the axle is resting on the body. With no weight in the back, 15x6 w 165 45 15's it will actually still roll around aired out. Been pushing it around that way lately while we do the towers and motor swap.
