  • MK1 Focus SVT, Borbets, OZ, euro

Hey all, Not sure if I'm worthy, but I was told to come over here and say hello. This is the pinnacle of the stance community.

I'm a first time coilover guy, first time into the stance setup. I have a strong inner-dubber in me, but I'm a die-hard focus guy. I'm known on the focus boards, so I'm sure if there's any one here they will recognize me.

This car was pretty much a STOCK doner car earlier this year...there's a LOT of work that isn't realized in the picts.....

    Specs:
-Borbet Type C's in bad shape but I love em
-O.Z. Cronos in nice shape on Azenis
    -Bilstein PSS9's w/o helpers
-Dominant Full tubular LCA's, Toe & Camber Arms
Euro bit in the front, rear, and inside.
    -PW Supercharged.

I am getting into Singletrack bike riding, so the rack is DEF being used

please, comments, good or bad are welcome. I'm trying to do this cleanly. I have a good eye for pictures, so the car looks better in picts than real life....

and why I am not lower in the front.....ahem....

might be one of the cleanest SVT's ive seen!! Attention to detail is great!!
The back reminds me of a roller coster in terms of the bar coming down to keep you safe.
I had a ZX3, so they have a special place in my heart. lol. I think something staggered would look great on this!

Nice, I like it. Can you feel a difference having the bar in the rear?

the bar is mainly a harness bar. I was gonna install my Schroth 4-pt's back into it after I stripped the bar and painted it to match my O.Z.'s. After I put it in I kinda liked it better without harnesses on, less busy. Now it's just a harness bar that's in there. I'm guessing it would help with car balance a tiny bit in how it stabilizes the chassis.

Thanks for the kind words....it's a tough crowd for focus owners. here's some fresh shots from tonite after a wash:

^^note header flange is hella-low.....no scrapes tonite!

I picked up some Borbet Type E's off the vortex that I will be rockin' soon. just propped em next to Blackie. pulling the 205/55's off to sell and getting some Falken 912's in 205/45

this is the tunnel under the runway @ philly airport, It's on FT Mifflin Rd, it goes to the historical Fort on the other side.

I'm going on your sig site to find more places to take picts. love the philly graffiti work

if u need to use any picts u can, or want more I can get em for ya.
