Mark Tingey’s ’89 911 Carrera 4 clearly has a lot of draw. Its white-on-white styling nestles it comfortably somewhere in between the 80s and 90s, and its perfect paint, stature, and presence command a bit of respect. Catering a bit to all tastes but the bland, it’s a 964 we can all happily envision in our own garage. In fact, Mark’s story with this 911 began just that way.

It’s undeniable that Porsche’s 964 is 2014’s go-to car. We’ve seen several jaw-dropping examples here on the pages of StanceWorks alone, and we’ve only scratched the surface – the 964 has found itself as the chassis of choice for many of the year’s best looking builds, all emphasizing a return to cleanliness, modesty, and continuity.
There are, to put it simply, only two types of people. There are those who love dogs; who know the joy a cold, wet nose on the side of the cheek can bring at the end of day whether it be good or bad. They know the sense of loving frustration when, mid praise, a dog manages to get their ever-kissing slobbery tongue into your half open mouth. They know the unconditional love and companionship a dog provides, morning, noon, and even while you’re trying to sleep.
