Maybe. I think its more shadows off of the lights and ornaments, but I see some pretty beat up spots. I wonder if it has to do with the camera sitting sideways on the tripod.

you probably know this already but its got to do with the smaller aperture... dust shows up more easily from your sensor with a smaller aperture...
