sorry not my photo, guess I am not following thread guidelines. Posting pics I feel deserve an honorable mention, that I crossed for the day.

Ahh yep, I think this thread is meant to post your own stuff haha. And btw, it wouldn't be too difficult to create a photo like that, you just need two photos of the person, one face-on and one side profile. Use a clipping mask in photoshop to trace the side profile, then just cut the face-on shot to that contour. It'd just be a little tricky lining everything up perfectly, but relatively straightforward.
