First shoot, why'd I do this at night?

Hey guys, always lurking but never really posted much! Anyway, picked up a new DSLR and thought I'd give some light painting a go. First time shooting at night as well as with a digital camera, so feedback is much appreciated!

Should also point out I was lazy and didn't wash my car beforehand, which I suspect didn't help me at all











Gear I used was;
- Nikon D5500
- Nikkor 18-55
- Nikkor 55-200
- Flashlight and a stool as I forgot my tripod...

I'm fairly happy for my first attempt, but there's certainly room for improvment! Let me know anyway!

Looks good for a stool/tripod! Looks like the trees were blowing and made them blur out but other than that they look really cool!

Cheers dude! Good pickup, was a super windy night that night, but I was just keen to get out and try to new gear though!
