A lot of them are just a hair out of focus, it's likely because the cars weren't quite going the same speed. Good shots overall though!

All of them are a little oof like already said. I also had my first try at rolling shots the other day, with both cars moving, its very hard to keep the subject sharp. What i found out that works best is to just keep on shooting. My camera shoots at 7fps and with about 900 pics taken i only got about 15 that i liked. Gotta keep practicing!

Yeah we definately should have utilized cruise sontrol. These are pretty much the best ones out of about 350 I took.

That's the only way to do it.

                    Anymore tips?

I shot these at 1/20 shutter speed and I have had people tell me to shoot double that speed, but I feel like I wouldn't get the blurred background I'm looking for...

For rolling shots you need to shoot really wide. The closer you are to the car, the better. At 18mm or less, you can shoot at 1/ sec. and still get a nice looking blur. You can shoot even slower if you have a VR/IS lens too, and maybe 250 of 350 shots will be sharp.

But yeah, I would not do rollers at anything more than 18mm. It makes achieving the motion blur much more difficult and doesn't give as much of a "motion" feel to the shots.
