Photo 1 really has that fast & furious feel. Maybe next time put the headlights on.

How do you shoot at those locations? is it al middle of the night time?

I always tried to stray away from headlights on but I think you're right, it would have popped a little bit more and with the distance I was at and natural lighting I don't think it would have changed the lighting to terribly much. The town those were shot in was Galena, IL a small historic town that's usually pretty quite after nine o'clock and the police are pretty lenient about blocking side streets and such.
