  • 7D issues, please help asap

hey guys im on holidays at the moment and i have been having the worst luck with my cameras. my point and shoot fucked my sd card so i lost my 1st half of my photos and now my 7D decided to shit it self.
im using a 7D (import model) with a chinese battery grip and 2 NON genuine batterys.
this has worked fine no problems for the last year the only change i have made to the camera is i bought and have been using a canon 70-200IS2.8 while overseas.

now the issue i am having is that i was getting a battery error on my camera and it was asking me to remove them and re install them and it worked for a bit but now the camera turns on but when i click to take a photo the camera turns off or some times it sounds like the shutter is not fully closing when taking a photo.

if any one has any suggestions it would be great as i want to take as many photos as i can while over seas

Your batteries are most likely shot. Those Chinese batteries never seem to last long from what I've heard. Could you borrow a legit battery from someone else to see if that's the case?

The 7D Is fucking bullet proof.
It isn't the camera, im 90% Sure its the battery. You have any mates around that run a 7D? Swap em.
