nikkor lens diff?

what are the differences in the 50mm af-s f/1.4g and the 1.4d? i had the 1.4g for my d3000 but my son wrecked it. i loved the lens and i mainly bought it to take pics of my kids but i'm in the marked for another one. except now it'll be going on a d90. so aside from the af motor on the g lens is there any other diff? thanks!
