what camera next ?

so ive out grown my 1000D and its time to move on to some thing bigger and better. i was looking at the 600D or the 7D, i heard there isent to much difference bettween the 2,
apart from the obvious size difference, body casing and i heard its only minor differences like burst speed and stuff like that? can any one help me choose between the 2? i was leaning more towards the 7D because apparently its the "best camera" i can get while still using all my original lens with out having to upgrade to L series lens.

any imput would be great, thanks.

50D I had the 1000D

They don't make 50D anymore. (could buy used though).

I stick by the 7D though.

And you don't need to upgrade to L glass when you go full rame, you just can't use EF-S lenses, all other EF lenses can be used. Just FYI.
