I feel like the composition is better. The shots you post of the flower/daylights were a little rough when it came to composition.

i like the night shots and the b&w's but your photos still could benefit from some editing the shot of the skyline could use some edge sharpening and other little tweeks...the b&w's i think you could get more out of them other then just converting them to black and white and overall you would definetly benefit from some color correction
