I love that Miata's fitment. Makes me feel good about doing 16s. What's the tire size on those?

Can't give any C&C on the pics as those are better than any I will ever take in my life. I love the Miata and the Jetta. They're both nice and simple and get the job done.

thanks for the kind words everybody. the miata is my buddies car. i THINK he's running 205/40's all the way around. i'm currently shooting with a canon rebel xsi. i use my 18mm-135mm and 50mm, mostly.

oh, and the wheels on the jetta are FS! the car for the right price as well!

I just got a Canon XS for Christmas, with 18-55mm lens. I'm starting to learn it somewhat, but my low light/night time shots are abysmal.

Where did you learn your shooting techniques? Any tutorials, or just playing around.

mostly just shooting around. luckily, there are some great local photographers here in the pnw i call friends so i've gotten some pointers here and there. if you're going to be shooting at night or in low lit areas a tripod is almost a must! also, using a polarizer in the day time shots reduces a lot of annoying glare and helps bring out the colors in things. max, i'd recommend picking up a 50mm when funds allow you to, i love mine!
