Hey guys, so apart from my time with the car, I spend a lot of time freelance designing and working on bicycles. Not together, though.
Thought I'd share my bikes and welcome you all to share yours!
The beginning of a ridiculous bike.

New frame and did a 26/20 wheel combo. Running an internal 3 speed hub with no brakes. Yeah, I know. No brakes.


I also built up a Terry G. fixed gear. It used to be a 21 speed road bike, but I stripped it down, shined it up and rebuilt it. Unfortunately I don't have photos. I sold it to my buddy.
Now, my current bike, that I guess I'm done with now. 1980's Nishiki Sebring. Really nice lugs, running 27X1-1/4 wheels, but soon converting to 700C wheels. For shits and giggles I sticker bombed... almost everything. It has an old 60's generator light and now has a rear rack on it that is also sticker bombed.


I think the green clips may be a little much, but I'm not totally finished with it yet. I'll be adding more colors to certain components that will hopefully draw attention away.

My new project is an old Huffy beach cruiser. It'll be stripped down, painted yellow and decked out with cool shit for this girl I know at school. Going to teach her how to fix up a bicycle.

I restore old bmx bikes...mainly stuff form the 80s I have done a couple of fixies a raleigh with all lugged frame and i have a colnago in storage....its sacrilige to fixie those but im gonna do it im collecting the right parts now

I used to ride BMX for a bit when I was in high school and lived on campus in Plattsburgh, NY attending college.

My starter bike, a Poverty Buck 99 I rode until it was thrashed, learned a lot on this bike:



I think I still have the frame in my parents shed. I think my brother took all the parts and sold them, the little shit.

After Christmas my freshman year, I saved and then built this. I had about $1200 invested.





I then ran brakeless for a bit but didn't like having to get shoes all the time.





Bike Specs:
-Stolen Five-0 Frame
-Industry Cassette Rims
-Poverty Cranks (I liked 'em because they were tough as nails.)
-Odyssey 41 Thermal Dirt Forks
-Odyssey seat, seat post, seat post clamp, brakes, cable, lever, Cielenki pedals, and Tires

I ended up parting the bike out later that year. I think I barely made $500 off of it. I am still kinda sad I sold it. My brother has a hell of a bike, with about $2000+ into it. I'm not sure of the specs, but it weighs about 23 pounds and is SOLID.

Someday I would like to get a nice hardtail mountain bike to cruise around on. Something with disk brakes, and a Fox Fork. Someday, someday.

My older Raleigh I built earlier this summer.
I have a flip flop in the rear to switch it up every now and then. I have gotten new tires since this pic was taken.

Damn! Love the fixed gears. Stripped the stickers off of the frame and gearing up for a 700C wheel conversion. Rear hub will be a true fixed gear hub, so I'll be running brakeless soon enough. Not sure what color wheels, maybe front hot pink, back yellow? Meh, we'll see.
