food is there to be eaten, fuck calories and how much cholesterol it has, i eat all the time eating everything and anything. I love food and im not 50 so i aint worrying
I had that same mindset........
.......until for the first time in my life (i'm 22)........I became fat. Still am fat. Currently working on de-fatting myself. No more soda, if I do buy frozen food its Lean Cuisine/Healthy Choice, baked chips, light hot dogs, etc etc.......and a gym membership once I get my next paycheck.
I was thinking about gettin fat the other night as I ate a breaded chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and ranch... and chips an salsa. But its kinda impossible as all I do all day is physical labor, constantly. Weigh 170 6' and havnt changed in over 2 years , thank god.

Well, I never had a problem with weight until I got a desk job. I was a merchandiser for Pepsi for two years, which meant I stocked the shelves/built displays/filled coolers/managed backstock/loaded carts/pulled full pallet jacks/unloaded trucks, etc etc all day long, which kept me in prime shape. I wasn't jacked by any means, but I was lean and toned, and most importantly, in shape. Now i'm a retention specialist for Comcast, which means I sit behind a computer all day handling customer claims (basically dealing with pissed off people all day), which requires ZERO physical labor, unless you count typing as a physical action, lol. Add in the fact that I probably drink too much, and I haven't had sex in like 6 months (I had a steady relationship for 4 years and was abruptly cheated on/dumped, haven't really had anything going since then asides from a few one nighters).....and well, sex burns about 300 calories per session.........so yeah, my physical demeanor has gone straight down the shitter. I'm aiming to lose about 30lbs by Christmas though, as my diet starts this Friday
*Oh and for the record, i'm 5'8", and currently sitting at about 195lbs. I USED to be about 155lbs 2 years ago, which is where i'm aiming to be again by spring of next year.
I ate FAR too much yesterday. Had a massive dinner at my parents, then came home and ate a huge bowl of Cheerios, and then a steak pita thing from Jack. Funny thing is, I fell asleep half way through the pita snack. Woke up 30 minutes later, and finished it.

I had this last night at like 2:30. Baked Potato Pizza, it was fucking delicious.
I just had some leftover pasta and meatballs, and some chips and salsa. One of my roommate's friends ate my bread and lunch meat when they got back from the bar last night. UGH.
