Trust me, if i could i would have done that already. I get off work an hour after they close and its like a 30 minute commute home. + i really want to avoid taking even an off of work in the morning to go in, seeing as how im new here.

Ok, now Im not ragging, Im being serious.

I do this all the time. I used to live in PA and I got some fines I'll be paying for a while yet.

I buy a book of stamps, a box of envelopes, and I mail a check. They will take into consideration the date the post offices stamps the envelope after it gets processed at the post office as well as the date on the check. Said and done.

Been around the world and done some dumb shit the 29 years I been here and I have yet to see a place that will not extend 10 days past the due date, some a bit longer.

They wont care if you work or not so take a day off and go in and pay or set up a payment plan or do something about it. Even go in to work late! Better to miss a hour of work doing nothing then 5 + days worth of pay after busting your balls at the job, aint it? Blaming the phone line will not get you anything with them. They see a opportunity and they stick by it.

If you get off of work so late why do you think your not getting anywhere over the phone? Could they be closed for the evening?

Man, some really populated places have drop boxes just for traffic citations!

yah i talked to my boss and im going into work an hour late, and leaving an hour later on monday so it should be taken care of then.

That was just like my last resort because still being in the 90 day trial period at work, i really really didnt wanna take time off.
