Anyone else have any luck actually contacting anyone from lowly gentlemen?

I ordered a sweater from them, love it, but it's a bit small. I would be more than happy to pay for shipping to exchange for a new size, but cannot for the life of me get in contact with anyone over there.

I've tried the contact page, replying to the order confirmation, instagram, facebook, EVERYTHING and not a single response from anyone.

Any ideas?
