  • The, "I just lowered my car" Thread

Ive noticed a few threads on SW in regards to people lowering their car a little more, or doing work and going from stock to drop.. Some bigger then others but whatever floats your boat.

This thread is for the people who want to show off what they are doing, project or daily driver, and get feedback from the community..

    So Ill start off..

This is my daily drive whilst my civic is off the road.. its a '92 Honda Legend, fully imported from Japan. I got tired of its 4x4 status so over the weekend I brought it back down to earth. When I can afford some rubber, my SSR Professor SP1's will be going on.

    Before:

    And After:

What you guys think? Ill get better quality pics once the SSR's are on..

ehh, I guess I can post. Dont got any shots from when it was all stock tho.

    Before springs...

    After springs....

    After a full coil cut.....

Next is more low and some freaking spacers if I get on the ball with em. It settled a bit more since the last cut I made and dropped a few more mm's.

Funny, I saw pics floating around of a guy that fabbed a aero kit on a Legend and dropped in headlights from a LS like mine.

To be honest I will never change the way mine looks.. I saw a guy selling tail light conversions to make them look like R32 and R34 skyline tail lights.. I laughed, Lots

Car looks good dude, I have completley different make and model springs in it now... The grinder is your friend if you use it wisely haha..

Sure was/is. I just ran a hose on the springs while cutting and they didnt heat much at all.

Mind you the water coming from the hose tap was still ice cold.

Before and After, the car has evolved a bit but the lowering completely changes a car's look!
