I didn't realize there was just that much **** for domestics. Can't say I'm surprised though.

Can't say I care either. Look down your nose all you want and keep repeating your mantra of "they're garbage" "only good in straight lines" "V8's are just compensating."

Hell, my fitment sucks. This is just with CC plates and springs up front on a stock size 245/45/17.

It'll look a hell of a lot better now that I tucked my harness in the wheel well so I can finally make use of those 17x9 03 Cobras up front (and 17x10.5" out back).

But if you think it looks like garbage well, I'll agree. But it might more than surprise you with what's under the hood.

I take it Euro's with Domestic engine swaps don't count? Also, nice car wickedsnake, any side shots or different angles?

I myself drive a domestic car. Its a 2011 Dodge Avenger. I consider myself a MOPAR guy but I like alot of different kinds of cars. I can appreciate the work that people put into their rides. When I first started driving I had a V8 powered Pontiac Ventura and now I drive a 4-cyl four-door sedan. It is practical for what I need it for and I have done some things to it so that it is custom (to my tastes). I have other plans for my Avenger and have been inspired by many builds and pics of cars on here. I also have had a long-running page on CarDomain.

I also dislike people who go by and rev their engines at me and all I have done to my car is aftermarket exhaust and I debadged it. I like a nice clean look, not too flashy... With me its always younger kids in Civics or something of that nature revving their engine. Otherwise, around where I live, the car scene is Mustangs, Camaros and 4x4 trucks.

I just like having a nice ride and would rather have people who don't like it mind their own business instead of being jerks. On the other hand, I appreciate compliments about my ride. I hope to build my Avenger so that it pleases me and really isn't that what we all build our cars for? Domestic, euro, or asian... Sorry if I am not politically correct.

I agree with this comment. If its a clean ride and doesn't have useless/worthless stuff done to it to attract (sometimes negative) attention, then I am all for it. No matter the make or model... Some people seek out a certain kind of car to modify and some just do with what they have. I had a Caliber for a year and half before I got my Avenger. I like the Avenger alot better and look forward to making it unique and making a clean build.

                    • I'm just glad this thread exists. Can't wait to get my Fox back together and on the road and giving it a little stance somehow.

                            • Gto owners. Lol. On the forums they're bad asses. In real life their real inferiority complexed overweight losers.

Shame tho. It's a great car as a platform and value.
