At least on the grill the rear is fine IMO. I am sure there are badge-less grills out there for the Versa.

 You can go another inch lower without rubbing. Definitely do that.
 
 Coming from another newish nissan owner (I drive a 2005 Spec V), I know how limited we are with grille options..... If you want a badgeless grille that looks good and isn't billet, you'll have to make one. Either that, or paint your stock grille matte black. It's at least an improvement over stock IMO
