We pretty much have it all planned out. I know there will be some disputes down the road, but really, its not a huge deal to us. We are doing it more than anything to learn, and have a fun car that we did everything for all at the same time.

Well I mean he makes cages for customers as well, and has done several cars including a Miata in the past so I would hope he wasn't just BS'ing me and actually does have the know how to do so. But right now this is all speculations seeing as we don't even have the car as of yet, and it is a few months away.

i'd rather we spend the extra $ than have it not work as well if something does happen to one of us.

i don't know if you're talking about a 5.0l v8....but if you are: it would understeer like crazy with all that weight in the front, right?

Not really... You would need so much weight upfront to do that, to counteract the massive amounts of power in the rear, to get intense understeer. Learn things about cars Steve.
