Agreed. I base where/who I buy from on how good of customer service they have. Theres a bunch of companys that I refuse to buy from ever again because of horrible customer service. Most recently its JLevi streetworkz or some shit like that.

i know what you mean. i recently got an email complimenting me on my costomer service. he also noted that on his order. i rubbed it in my bosses face and told him i wanted a raise lol he laughed and walked away
