I ordered the shakotan lip off the jdmwheels.au site about two weeks ago. They promise tracking information on their site as well as quality service. I have received neither of those two things. After 4 emails and a Facebook message they still haven't got back to me, and I opened a claim on PayPal 2 days ago. Still no response. I am beginning to think that they are ripping me off and want to know if anyone has experience with them since I can't find any reviews online.

Have you tried actually calling them? I don't have any experience with them but not all companies are great at responding to emails. -
No phone number on their site that I could find. Couldn't find it online through search engines either. Whack!

Update: still no response from them. They have continued to ignore both me and PayPal. I'm gonna go ahead and say that no one should order from them. At least until I hear back. It would be a shame if someone dropped $1k+ on wheels and this happened. Will update here if anything happens.

Hey bud,
When i had my WRX i use to order a ton of JDM parts and i will tell you that some of those places are not different then the places we deal with stateside......My point is that they will advertise a product but in reality they don't have the product. They have to find it from another source. Another thing is actual shipping and customs can take forever when you order from these places. I remember ordering a rare Tommy Kaira part that took 3 months to get to me and i did not hear from the place for over a month. I had chalked it up as a loss.Comment
