I drove the vert mostly daily. I honestly got tired of it. It got stuck on a speed bump which forced a pretty violent reverse to get off. It dragged going into the driveway. The tires were rubbing the fenders as you backed out and turned off the driveway so the front lip didn't drag on the driveway. It just wasn't worth it and the excitement wore off quickly. I loved how it looked sitting there but driving it around was not entertaining nor fun. Just not worth it for me.

well.
my drive to school is 3 days a week, round trip. how do I do it? this:
- crack paint on sideskirt from pulling out of driveway.
- take lower street out of neighborhood, no dip.
- get on freeway, stay in middle lane.
- change into slow lane 2 miles before merging to next freeway(uneven pavement change)
- stay in middle lane until next freeway, deal with 3 uneven changes, scrape everything.
- stay in truck lane at around 50 mph and swerve to avoid potholes.
- take opposite entrance to parking garage, 3-wheel until finally in.
- take each ramp to next floor slow, exhaust drags.
- park.
- repeat.
honestly, its all about dealing with it. I've ruined a $700 exhaust, ripped 2 cv boots, damaged my charcoal box, cracked 4 lips, cracked my front bumper, yada yada. Like everyone else said, its a lifestyle.
as others said, girls don't like it, present one screams everytime we hit something, and ask why it doesn't bother me...lol.

Drove the rado twice so far, and although I'm no stanger to low, it was intense, been driving a stock height mk4 for half a year, and I forgot what it was like, but to be honest, I love every minute of it, it makes me laugh everytime I see I can't get in somewhere, or when I scrape, or when I go close to full lock and the car doesn't move due to wheel rubbing so hard.
Pictures of the old car:
Driving the corrado to work was halarious (vw dealership) all the mechanics just stared and asked me how the fuck I drove it that low, I responded with, when i get smaller tires, im going lower
By the way, my front coils are all the way up LOL
Shitty pic of the work in progress

I turn my music up and generally can't hear the scraping and occasional rubbing, but when it happens, you know just by the looks on people's faces.
It's all worth it.
