  • Driving low.

How many of you DD your car just stupid unnecessary low. I drive an hour to school and back everyday and I have a inch under my dog bone and control arms, I'm self notching my frame with my axle and pulling on of my fenders out. I get stuck at some stop lights on my route and everyday I think to myself, Is this worth it and than I get out of the car and look back and I can't justify raising it.

So how many of you do it?

Your aware of the down sides but don't experience them. But I agree most of the time it is worth it even though I'm on my second oil pan am going to have to replace both axles soon and get a frame notch.

I have had lowered vehicles before, just not slammed. even then i did experience some of the drawbacks.

Someone once told me "It sucks to roll hard."

Gotta pay to play. Break parts? Replace 'em. Every damn day.

I'm moving so that I can achieve more lows. My driveway is a stance blocker.

I want to buy your single 4x100 Ronal Racing center

I help M.Burroughs achieve low, and then ride with him.

I will continue this trend until I can get my own low, which is in the works.

I daily my a4 pretty low, I scrape about 1-2 a week normally, the subframe on humps and such... I get pretty dissapointed because I should be paying more attention, but I dig the way it looks. I'm even tempted to drop it another 1/2" all around, which I can reasably assume I'll hit everything around.

i dd my mkv lowered. put a hole through one oil pan, got a few hairline cracks on others. subframe bolts.....have no heads whats so ever.
its a pain to drive but i love it, plus taking reflectors off the road is too much fun not to pass up.
