Couldn't live without it. Favorites are Hotate sashimi and Ankimo (monkfish liver).

I love Tachibana in McLean VA, but I don't get over there very often since moving to MD.

Werd, once I find my sushi spots I usually hit up the sushi bar to get to know the chefs and get some of their off menu rolls. Those guys can get pretty crafty fo sho.

There's a place near my work that has a pretty banging deal.

Soup, ginger salad, and two rolls (misc) for $6.99. I usually go with spicy crab with creme cheese and a tempura sweet potato roll. It may not be raw...but it's so damn good.
