i wish they would add a bunch of popular drift cars such a cefiros and x chassis and some older euros such a e30s and e36s and such. some legit drift courses such as meihan and ebisu would be nice too as a lot of people play this game for drifting and these are all japanese things in there own backyard that they could add, we dont need a million different versions of the skyline.

Yes there are New tracks. Willow Springs as mentioned, ascari, apricot Hill is back, goodwood (from the speed festival), theres a silly moon track, spa also came back, matterhorn, btands hatch, mount panorama, silvers toneand soms others i dont recall

sounds are still horrible, the shadows have the same problem that gt5 have, they look extremely under "pixelized".

i thought they would get rid of standard cars, but they still look like polished turds ported over from gt4 (ps2). But driving with a logitech wheel is great as usual, that's why i have always preferred GT over Forza.

Other then that its just gt5 with more tracks, still cant pick wheel/tire sizes modes are nothing close to Forza 4 but the driving and tracks make up for it, plus GT online community seems to be more mature and race oriented then Forza's drive in reverse around the track while playing bumper-cars online.

I just have more fun setting lap times and racing then modding and taking pictures of cars in a video game, back to playing Assetto Corsa.

and for drifting it's a good game imo (read as, i like the drift action

a good game for drifting imo is driver san francisco. was a shitty game but the driving and collision physics were cool. and with the 370z as drift version it was much fun. but still a shitty game.

I think i just did change better tyres and suspension stuff nothing else.. yea i know its irl notoriously hard to drive car.. but on GT6 its just like driving in ice skating circuit with summertyres, you touch the trottle and you spun, its the same in quite many RWD cars, you need crazy aero to be even half decent to drive..



I've been hoping for something like that for a long time. Both games has own good side, Forza being better driving game and all cars has interrior, better sounds, damage etc. more focused to the driving and tuning the car. but on the other hand GT6(didn't play GT5) has quite nice options on online menus about tires & fuel wear. Also the noticeable difference in tyre compounds is big + and the option to detune your engine power to meet "lower restrictions" if some how they could comdine and add also engine management tune :P

Trust me when i say, i've had my fair share of gaming, somewhat 200to300hours of Forza4 +200hours Forza3, +200hours Forza2, +300hours GT4, i kinda know what im doing, i know my controller has shitty "trigger buttons" to ease in the trottle when coming out of bends but heck its still damn impossible to run those +600pp cars without any traction control.

And yes i mostly drive all driving aids off like i've done for last 4? years playing Forza. There i don't have similar issues, well obviously i got better controller too but that cant be the only problem here?

Lol, so today i bought another new controller!? just to test out your point that "im" the problem i still have the similar issue that the R2 trigger goes about linear from 0% to 50% trottle, then from 50% to 100% in 1 leap, so its basicly impossible to ease in the trottle coming out of corner (maybe im getting all the shit controllers ot the game has some sort of arcade trottle option?!?)

Can you still build custom courses? A good drifting game is CarX for the iPhone. Only one car and track but drift mode is too much fun and I wish they would make a full game.

Holy pile of ... i tried my first offline Nascar race on GT6, literally i drove 150km without winning ANY race, i got clipped in 20/20 races. that GT6 AI is horrible on those races.. damn

You let AI inside lane, you endup on wall or clipped, he leaves no room for you between him and the wall if you are side by side..
