N1concepts.com sells them. There REALLY pricey considering there just a single (real) lugnut. Its basically just a little threaded piece that holds the key and it twists into the lug.
I took a quick pic to show you what it is.

I REALLY dislike 'key chains' so everything has it's own and most are just a simple key and something to make it more difficult to lose. So I take the house key and then whatever vehicle I am driving.
