Not sure if it was a NC/east coast thing but anyone remember the "skated" wheels fad in the early-mid 90's?
Much like the "stanced" fad today...........
Where you ran negative offset wheels (which in those days in the US a 15" wheel aftermarket was about the biggest wheel offered) and the wheels stuck out several inches from the fenders?
