id jb weld solid plastic pieces and smooth it with filler

i used that method for my front lip and it held up perfect plus thats all i had in my garage

edit: i see what you mean...thats a good idea too...might be a bit quicker as well

thats alot of jb weld. never looked into that....do they sell large amounts of it? or do i need to buy many tubes?

you can use any similar epoxy, think the medium sized tube should do since youre only gonna do the seams of the gauge pod and structural spots

i think this and the filler make would make a stronger piece than the resin but both would hold gauges just fine
