So I have a question for you guys. On my car, there is about 2 inches of play in my clutch pedal before there is any form of resistance, which makes driving not that fantastic, and driving smoothly nearly impossible. Any idea as to what could be the problem? Master cylinder isn't leaking, no idea about the slave cylinder. I would really like to fix this haha.

Mine grabs all the way at the top then plays/travels 80% the rest of the way haha
I think they're all like that lol
Bit idk about yours cause it's not grabbing all the way at the top.
Maybe air in the line?

have you done the cdv delete?

I was under the impression that non-Ms didn't have them. If they do, it'll be coming out next time I work on the car, (tomorrow or wednesday).

It could be the slave cylinder. I was in a similar situation and then one day the pedal just dropped to the floor and didn't come back up.

I'll check it out next time I'm under there. I wonder how much that's gunna cost me...

Is your clutch pedal adjustable at all? I'm not sure how the clutch pedal setup is on your car, but my Prelude had a similar thing. You can adjust the level of tension on the preload spring and where it grabs relative to the floor. Might be work crawling under your dash and looking.
