Hight spring rates really dont ride bad at all. I drive my friends Y33 on 22/20 springs and full stiff shocks and it rode like a dream.

He's talking about the actual front clip support, like below where the fender and hood meet. My q rubs like that in the rear. About .75" of clearance from tire to the top of the wheel wells so when it tucks real hard I can feel the car slow down
