Will probably cost less to buy a roller than have a body shop roll them for you.

if you dont have to roll much a heat gun and a rubber mallet would work.

hold your hand on the outside and bang it gently till it bends a liittle

it wont wrinkle the fender if you go slow and only roll a little. use your other hand to reinforce the outer part of the fender

We rolled my integra fenders from stock to flat in a wendy's parking lot at SoWo. No heat gun, no nothing, man up.
