Just stop then, I did.

My parents wanted me to follow suit and go to business school so I did. After 3 semesters of just scraping by I told them it wasn't working for me. Moved back home, went to school for cars and the rest is history. I make a hell of a lot less than them but I don't dread going to work everyday.
