 Tomorrow. Oatmeal plain with fat free milk. A glass of v8 juice and hard boiled egg whites. Then a banana for snack before lunch. Then lean ground turkey, brown rice and broccoli for lunch. A danon light and fit for a snack. Then grilled chicken, brown rice and broccoli for dinner. And an apple before bed. Protein shake thrown in there somewhere.cars and stuff

 sandwich with turkey, skim cheese, low fat mayo, wheat bread
 prunes
 veggies (peas, broccoli, etc)
 
 pre workout:
 cliff protein bar
 
 post workout:
 protein shake
 
 dinner:
 Lean chicken
 veggies
 
 final snack:
 100 calorie low sodium popcornDude... My nissan has like a v8, man.
