Just made my dinner, Some pan seared tilapia with a pan sauce made with tomato, mushrooms and onions, deglazed with some Pinot grigio and reduced, then thickened with butter, mmmmm paired with the same wine used for the sauce




It tastes a lot better than it looks, its just dinner for me so presentation doesn't matter
