just trolled ebay and carsales.

most old ford were out of my price range, ones that were in it were buckets, needed lots of work, rust.

more holdens, that were decent, not needing as much work, within my price range.

if its gonna be holden or ford, it would most likely be holden, but ive always been a holden bloke.

I have decided on the morris' replacement. When it dies. I know I know they're both blocky and silly and 70s, but I like that shape and I refuse to fall back on an old BMW, mostly because they're rotboxes over here. They're both FR layout and both not hard to get a hold of, its just the huge difference in price..

I have a 1962 EJ In the shed Ive been meaning to sleeper for years.
You should look into one. I have never seen one slammed, Would be ridiculous.

the first one isnt very well known, its pretty cheap at the moment, but the bad thing is the hotrod boys are breaking them because the chassis is a perfect match for a '32 ford tub and they're tax exempt so they call their new hotrods reliant scimitars and get away with it. :shakefist

jensens are like gold dust at the moment, i saw about 8 of them at a show yesterday though, and there seem to be more in this area than the rest of the UK.

i'd like a gilbern invader, but they're fugly and rare as rocking horse poop. i don't even know why i want one.

budget is whatever i can save until the morris dies i'd probably budget around 3k.
triumph stags are also nice, lots of people call them britain's mustang.. notsureonthatone
