when i changed the turbo gasket last time i didn't bend the locking tabs to stop the nuts from becoming undone, so coz my exhaust always scrapes the ground the turbo kept getting flexed and the bolts worked themselves loose

now i have to pull the whole thing out and re-do it

i'm also thinking high temp black paint for the manifold and the turbo rear housing while i have the whole thing out

ha ha you'd be surprised how tight the cops are around here, my car is pretty stock but for something like having an aftermarket dump pipe you can get an EPA letter telling you that your car is suspected to be altered and needs to be emissions tested, which is pretty much dead stock or no pass

well my car's stock colour is white so the engine bay is white, but the engine and most other parts are black

its very much an off white colour now and half grey
