Money and quality are not mutually exclusive objects at all.

Quality wheel widening isn't cheap, but the results are outstanding. We did those for the M Roadster's Roadstars, along with a Porsche Carrera we had in the shop a while back.

Nothing like a set of lobsterclaws that have been extended 1.5". Gives the Carrera a totally new stance.

I got my new outer lips directly from work usa, I'd say thats about as high quality as you can get
but then thats different than widening a 2 piece or solid wheel

Mine are 3pc.
The only thing thats stopping from doing it is that I am only going to get 3" and 4" lips at the end. And I want 4" and 5"

That seems like a big jump for only one extra inch
also don't forget you can recoop some of the loss by selling the old lips

The rears right now have 3" lip (true lip).
I was going to re-lip front wheels with 4" lips and put rears on the front.
