That's how it is here in PA. It sucks not having your senior license for nearly the entire summer before you go away to college.

I know a lot about 100th posts actually I have 51 of them.
In CT we don't get new licenses the restrictions and laws just change for us. I can't fucking wait for it it happen either, going to college this year and not being able to drive myself or friends past 11 sucks major dick.
