I got ticket in Finland couple of weeks ago and I need to pay it. Do you know by any chance if I can pay it online?

Yea we're in the EU, but you normally pay the local council rather than the EU as far as I know, could be different in Finland but I know Irish councils have pay online systems so good chance Kotka do too.

Well, the problem is that ticket is in Finish and I cant read this shit. lol
There is a phone number on this ticket but I fucking **** trying to talk to finish people. Their accent is worst than russian accent and thats pretty hard to imagine. lol

I need to figure out how to pay for it, cause its due on August 5th.

Unfortunately it was my car, dealing with rental would be a lot easier. When I went through the border they didnt asked me to pay for it, and I forgot to about it myself. But now I am trying to figure out how to pay for it.
