LHR - line of rubbing all the way around the tyre, tiny groove.



RHR - line of rubbing all the way around the tyre, tiny groove. another tiny groove higher up near tread aswell.



RHF - slight groove just above lettering.

i'd go with the 45's though. that should give you that slight more stretch you need and barely get by those arches.
